Commitment to compensation and compensation at SS Logistics:

For customers using goods transportation services of SS Logistics, compensation policies for damaged or lost goods will be implemented by the company on a case-by-case basis, these policies are clearly announced. in SS Logistics\' freight contract template so customers can easily grasp it.

According to our compensation policy, we will  accept compensation in the following cases:

• Lost goods during transportation
• Goods were damaged during transportation due to SS Logistics\' error

Depending on the level and nature of each specific case, SS Logistics will apply a reasonable compensation level according to regulations, until an agreement is reached between the two parties.

SS Logistics is not responsible for compensation and refunds in these cases

- For items after fully signing and ensuring the condition of the goods at the time of receipt, SS Logistics will not be responsible for any complaints arising at this time.

- Was distributed according to the agreement in the service contract and the user had no complaints at the time of receipt.

- Goods containing items or goods that are damaged or due to natural characteristics

- Indirect losses or unrealized profits caused by loss, deterioration, or damage to late-delivery goods.

- Unable to play due to sender error.

- Force majeure cases as prescribed by law: earthquakes, wars, storms and floods,...

- Complaint beyond the prescribed time limit
